Yoga in Enfield and N21, North London

Welcome to Yoga with Indira

Too much gelato and Pimms over the summer? Hot Yoga is perfect for helping you to detox and tone up. I’m now teaching 5 Hot Yoga classes as week. For details and times check out my timetable.
If you have been practicing for some time and are ready for a challenge the come along to my Hot Yoga Masterclass on 10th September.
Can’t get to a class? Check out my new video below which shows you how to do a Shiva Rae inspired Earth Salutation. This will help you stretch out all the main muscle groups. Fancy a cardio workout? Just pick up the pace. Feeling stressed? Just go slow!

When we feel good, we do good, so if you want to be the best version of yourself, try out one of my Yoga classes.

At North London Yoga Studio, the local studio that I run with Jackie Lee, I offer a range of different classes for all ages and abilities.

There is a myth that you have to be flexible to do Yoga – you don’t! One of my clients couldn’t sit cross legged without discomfort and within a month of coming to my classes she was able to do so for the first time in years.

“I have to tell you how much  I have gained from my yoga experience with you. The big things like bending ones knees, sitting cross legged on the floor, a change in my everyday posture and sleeping better….things I could not do for a good many years…due to knee injury and arthritis. I thank you for your guidance.” Sibs

If like Sibs you are at the start of your Yoga journey, then try one of my Beginners Yoga classes, which are suitable for all fitness levels.

Or perhaps you enjoy a stronger more dynamic class and enjoy building up a sweat. In which case my Hot Yoga classes would be perfect for you.

Or if you are retired and prefer a gentler pace then why not try my 50s+ class.

Yoga will make you feel better inside and out. It isn’t all incense and chanting. It simply provides a break from all the stress of your daily routine where you can be still and just chill out.

Regularly practising Yoga for the last 12 years means that I’m fitter, stronger and healthier now than I was 20 years ago. See the About Indira page to read more about why I’m so passionate about encouraging people to practise Yoga.

If this all sounds too good to be true, then why not try it for yourself, have a look at my Class Timetable.

Trying Yoga could be one of the best decisions you ever make, it certainly was for me and Sibs.

“You are my first yoga teacher and have influenced my practice giving me the confidence to move forward. I have enjoyed your teaching more than I can say….you certainly have given me a glimpse of what is possible….I tumbled, I fell and you picked me up.

It is because of yoga and your conscientious, centred, compassionate and off course your intelligent and wise instructions that I was able to regain much of my physical issues. Your teaching and heartfelt sharing of knowledge gave me hope and wisdom personally.”
